Bike-aholics and music lovers raise your hands. There is about to be an incredible weekend heading into the official start of summer in Sun Valley on June 21st. From one of the largest Outerbike events, to one of the most legendary musician duos, this is a weekend not to be missed.
On Friday, June 21st Outerbike rings in summer solstice with a bike event catered for all levels. Western Spirit Cycling has partnered with Sun Valley to offer an incredible solstice biking weekend. With over 400 miles of singletrack throughout Sun Valley, the mountain biking is claimed as one of the best (and most scenic) in the country. Bald Mountain, located in Sun Valley, now has America's longest purpose-built downhill trail, as well as over 3,100 feet of thrilling lift-accessed trails. Adrenaline will be pumping throughout these trails the whole weekend long.
Sun Valley also has beginner and intermediate trails on the White Clouds trail network, the Wood River Trail, and Adams Gulch area. There are three passes to choose from during Outerbike taking place from June 21st – 23rd. The registration fee gets you access to the all the bikes, lunches, beer, prizes, and entrance to our evening party, not to mention a 3 day lift pass!
