With over 29 inches in 24 hours (and more snow on the way), Sun Valley is going to welcome skiers and riders into the weekend with 'Presidents Day Powder.'
Another storm system came through adding nearly 2 feet in a few days. Powder was found all over the mountain. Skiers and riders experienced a legendary week of amazing snow! After a quick burst of sun, another storm is on the way providing powder all weekend long. From Saturday to Monday of Presidents Day, snow is in the forecast with hopes of dumping another 20+ inches to the books.
If you have not already heard, Sun Valley surpassed the 2nd highest snowfall for February with over 85.5 inches! The number one spot belongs to the 2017-18 season with 119 inches in February. With about two more weeks left in the month, our fingers are crossed for Sun Valley to set a record for highest February snowfall.
